Not sure how to characterise the food served at this restaurant but modern-Spanish is the best I can do.

Hot cross buns. Outta this world.
Marinated oysters. Also out of this world.
Can’t remember much so it can’t have been mind-blowing. But I do remember that the puree was very good.
4/5. A dining destination yes, but not something I’d fly to Sydney just to eat. I’d dine there again if I was in the neighbourhood though.
