When I stop to think of where I can have good roast duck, roast pork and char siu all in one place, there’s only ONE PLACE which comes to mind that is able to deliver on all three fronts. Seriously, I don’t know of anywhere else in Singapore where all three meats can be done to this level of perfection.

Located at 30 Seng Poh Road, #02-60, Singapore 168898, this Cantonese roast meat hawker stall has been around for a very long time; I used to patronise them even when they were at the old Tiong Bahru market before renovation! As with all good eats, my father brought me there…and he still goes there to this day. If you know my father, then you know you have to try this place because he’s got very good taste and no patience for second best. Also die die must try in my book. Otherwise why waste time and post review?

For those of you who have never been here, I’m so jealous because you are in for a treat of a lifetime. Just make sure to ask for extra chilli because the chilli here is pretty big time. And for those of you who are familiar with this establishment, here’s a reminder to go back soon = )
